Unni Mukundan acted as the hero in the Malayalam movie ‘Marco’ released on December 20. The movie ‘Marco’, which hit the theaters without even releasing a trailer, is creating wonders at the box office. The film unit promoted this movie as the most violent movie in India. Also, because of the good connection with the youth, the collections are coming in at a record level. The movie ‘Marco’, which was made with a budget of Rs.30 crores, has already collected Rs.77 crores.
The Telugu dubbing version of this movie was released on January 1. The Telugu rights were sold for Rs.1.5 crores and the movie ‘Marco’ broke even by collecting Rs.1.75 crores on the first day. This is the Malayalam dubbing film which has the highest grossing on the first day in Telugu. Not only here but also in Korea, ‘Marco’ has become the highest grossing Indian film.
